How it works: The Listing Agent places IUI on their transaction as part of the listing agreement before knowledge of their Buyers. The Listing Agent then sends CRES the IUI Enrollment Request while searching for Buyers. CRES acknowledges the request by sending the Listing Agent an invoice with Escrow instructions. Once the transaction closes, CRES sends the Buyers their IUI policy.
