This plan also qualifies Members for $50,000 of seller's E&O via the CRES Sellers Protection Plan.
The CRES Platinum Home Warranty Plan, administered by First American Home Buyers Protection, qualifies CRES Members for a deductible reduction of up to $2,500 on their CRES E&O policy in the event they are named in a lawsuit on a covered claim. This plan also qualifies Members for $25,000 of seller's E&O via the CRES Sellers Protection Plan.
The CRES Preferred Coverage Plan, administered by Old Republic Home Protection, qualifies CRES Members for a deductible reduction of up to $2,500 on their CRES E&O policy in the event they are named in a lawsuit on a covered claim. This plan also qualifies Members for $25,000 of seller's E&O via the CRES Sellers Protection Plan.
