CRES is making an important change to its Louisiana individual real estate errors and omissions insurance program.
RISC Insurance is now part of Gallagher and has become Gallagher’s preferred provider for individual real estate E&O insurance in Louisiana. As a result, the CRES Louisiana individual E&O program is being discontinued and current CRES individual policies will not renew through CRES.
What this means for your coverage
Your current CRES policy will remain in effect through the expiration date shown on your policy documents. You will need to obtain your Louisiana individual E&O coverage through RISC no later than 9/30/2026.
