  • No FDIC exclusion
  • Match Prior Acts (No 2008 Limitation)
  • Compliant with GSE and AMC requirements
  • Includes discrimination coverage, first dollar defense (optional in CA) and separate limit for defense costs (optional in CA)
  • Attorney’s Fees use a separate $1 Million limit, so there is up to $2 Million available. (In CA, with the separate limit for defense costs option, you have $500,000 for defense costs on a standard policy, or $1 million if you increase your policy limits to $1 million)
