- Agent Protection: Uninsured sellers who are sued by buyers often respond by suing their agent. But when they are protected by our seller’s E&O, that risk is eliminated (the seller can’t sue you when seller’s E&O is in place). Plus, claims against the SPP do not affect your policy or premium.
- Seller Protection: With the SPP, your sellers are protected from disgruntled buyers for 180 days from closing date, and can extend the term for an additional 180 days.
