When we opened the business, we wanted to use our local insurance agent. As the business grew, our needs also expanded and we found that we were not receiving the support we needed. As a result, we changed insurance companies a couple of times and found that we were not getting our questions answered or our insurance needs met. We then looked into CRES at which time we met Samantha and Amora. Several phone calls, emails and policies later, we feel like they are a trusted part of our business team. As a result, we have included them in our Board meetings to ensure we are properly covered and for their sound advice. We recently commented that we are feeling less apprehensive and more confident as a result of our relationship and accessibility to both Samantha and Amora.
